Features

The direct-drive system with elastic coupling eliminates belts and pulleys, reducing mechanical losses and ensuring quieter operation (72 dB compared to 80 dB of traditional belt-driven pumps). This technology delivers higher performance with lower energy consumption, making SILENT VARIO ideal for sensitive milking parlour environments.

SILENT VARIO guarantees a stable and consistent vacuum supply, essential for efficient conventional milking systems. The optimized airflow capacity ensures reliable performance while reducing operational costs, supporting sustainable and cost-effective dairy farming operations.

Available in multiple configurations, the SILENT VARIO Vacuum Pump can be installed on plate, with or without a vacuum tank, or mounted on the wall using dedicated fittings. It is especially suitable for use with the Milkline VARIOSPEED VCU, ensuring seamless compatibility with a wide range of components and accessories.
