1) The goods travel at the risk and peril of the customer, replacements and/or additions of goods lost or damaged in transit are only accepted if a regular complaint has been made to the carrier upon receipt.

2) Delivery days shall be understood to be working days. In any case, the terms are indicative and subject to all circumstances that may preclude, hinder or delay the normal procurement and production process and therefore condition the delivery time of the goods. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or partially fulfil orders.

3) Any changes and/or additions to orders must be communicated to us in writing and are only valid after our acceptance.

4) We do not accept orders for amounts, net of any discount, of less than €100.00; orders below this value can only be processed on a cash-on-delivery basis and with the full charge of packaging and shipping costs.

5) Offer conditions are subject to revision. In the case of orders for split deliveries, the terms and conditions of the offer are subject to change unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer.

6) We do not accept returns of material, for repair or replacement, unless authorised by our sales department and in any case the relative delivery note must be completed in accordance with Article 26 of Presidential Decree 633/72. Furthermore, shipment shall be made exclusively carriage paid, otherwise our warehouse is not authorised to collect the returned material.

7) Claims for defective goods shall not be accepted eight days after receipt thereof.

8) The guarantee refers to the seller's undertaking to rectify imperfections resulting from defective materials or workmanship if this is our fault. The guarantee period shall commence on the date of dispatch or of the report of completion of assembly and shall last for one year, excluding: electrical parts, any damage resulting from faulty maintenance or modifications carried out without our authorisation or resulting from improper use, nor does it concern normal wear and tear and accidents caused by negligence or faulty supervision on the part of the buyer.

9) The guarantee is substantiated and exhausted in the free replacement, or repair, ex our warehouse, of the defective parts; unless otherwise agreed, the buyer shall bear the costs of disassembly, reassembly and transport. Nothing shall be owed to the buyer for any downtime resulting from the repair, nor for any expenses or direct or indirect damage attributable thereto.

10) In the event of non-payment, even in part, any warranty claims shall be forfeited, even if the purchaser gives a reason relating to the warranty. We reserve the right to take back all the material supplied, retaining any instalments already paid as advance payment for the damage suffered, and to claim liquidated damages, protecting our interests in appropriate legal proceedings.

11) The goods are returned free of charge to our warehouse, the return service is offered under the following conditions:
- Charging of freight costs on invoice.
- Service offered exclusively with couriers that have an agreement with our company.

12) The goods are sold under reservation of ownership, which is tacitly accepted by the buyer.

13) In the event of delayed payment, the seller may suspend fulfilment of its obligations until said payment has been made, then charging the buyer, without special agreement, the interest accrued during the entire period of delay at an annual rate of 5% in addition to the official rate of the Bank of Italy.

14) Value added tax (VAT) shall be borne by the purchaser.

15) Terms of delivery: as agreed with our sales management.

16) We reserve the right to make price changes and also to replace or discontinue the delivery of list items without any
obligation to give prior notice.

17) Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Piacenza.
