Milkline’s CLEAN-O-TRONIC is a fully programmable cleaning system designed for mid-sized and large dairy farms. Ideal for dairy cow milking systems, and sheep and goat or buffalo milking parlours, CLEAN-O-TRONIC ensures a versatile and effective cleaning process for all milking machine components.

With full or partial cleaning programs, multiple rinses, and optional pre-milking sanitisation, CLEAN-O-TRONIC gives farmers full control over water temperature, duration, and detergent use. Its compact, robust design and intuitive interface make it easy to integrate into any milking parlour design, ensuring reliable cleaning while optimising labour and chemical use.

Features

Customize full or partial cleaning programs with up to three rinses. Optional pre-milking sanitisation ensures your dairy conventional milking systems stay hygienic and milk quality is preserved.

LED indicators display the current cleaning phase, while real-time temperature sensor is monitoring washing mixture temperature.

Adjust warm or cold water rinses, main wash temperature, and detergent dosing with up to 15 programmable settings. Optional DOSAMATIC automatic detergent dosing ensures efficient use of chemicals and water.

Safety switches for milking/washing, extra water valves, and heaters allow the washing system to be tailored to your farm’s needs, enhancing flexibility and operational efficiency.

Designed for easy installation and maintenance, CLEAN-O-TRONIC integrates seamlessly into any milking parlour design, optimising space while providing consistent cleaning results.
