DYNAMICP4C Milking Cluster

Innovative Milking Cluster for Quarter-Based Milking Systems

DYNAMICP4C represents Milkline’s most advanced solution for quarter-based milking, designed for high-performance milking systems used in modern dairy farming. This innovative milking cluster allows independent milk flow management for each quarter, improving milking efficiency, animal health, and data accuracy.

Developed for professional dairy cow milking systems, DYNAMICP4C integrates seamlessly into conventional milking systems, offering precision, control, and superior hygiene through patented technology.

Features

At the core of DYNAMICP4C is a patented deflector that keeps milk flow completely independent for each quarter. This technology ensures vacuum stability, prevents cross-contamination, and improves milking efficiency, making the cluster ideal for high-performance conventional milking systems .

The patented deflector includes four independent conductometric cells that measure milk electrical conductivity per quarter.

The milk claw is engineered with a central outlet, a reduced 8° outlet angle, ensuring maximum milk evacuation and consistent performance even with high-yield animals.

The four-line pulsation tube is specifically designed for quarter-based pulsation management, improving milk flow control and udder health. Optimized milk output dimensions of 18x22 mm and milk inlet nipples of 13x15 mm ensure smooth, reliable milk transfer.

DYNAMICP4C combines a lightweight design (2.250 kg cluster weight) with enhanced durability. Plastic protection on the liner-to-claw connection, along with Milkline’s teat cup, liner, and protection ring combination, ensures high resistance and long service life. The optional patented MILGRIP handle improves ergonomics, making this cluster a reliable choice among premium milking systems.
