The temperature of the sucking device must be just right. The
Mildrink offers automatic adjustment of the milk temperature based on
the dis tance between the stand and the mixer, temperature of the
environment, desired temperature of the milk and the time passed since
the last visit. It is not the temperature of the mixture that is
optimized, but the temperature of the liquid at the teat.
Standard frost-free up to the sucking device. A
standard protection against frost is guaranteed due to a
self-activating frost protection programme. Automatic cleaning with
hot water up to the sucking device. The tube up to the teat is
integrated in the cleaning process.
Rinsing of the sucking tube after each visit. The
warm rinsing water is either sucked off by the calf or by the
integrated pump. This guarantees that no following calf must drink
stale water. |

Powerful and reliable powder worm conveyor. The
worm conveyor extends over the whole powder storage room and thus
guarantees an exact dosage. The design of the powder storage room
enables easy and quick cleaning.
Automatic milk transport up to the teat. Even
with distances of up to 8 m between the mixing unit and the sucking
device, the freshly prepared feed is transported securely to the
sucking device. The calf receives milk with the ?rst sucking already
and does not need to suck air. This is healthier and speeds up the
learning phase.
Age-related reduction of the feeding temperature. According
to the age of the calves, the feeding temperature can be lowered
automatically. If two mixing devices and two stands are used, the
calves can drink different mixtures with different temperatures
simultaneously. The advantage: less consumption of power per calf,
feeding of inexpensive additional fodder at an earlier stage, and
therefore less rearing costs.
Standard fly protection. A
shield prevents flys to enter the mixing unit, the powder outlet and
the liquid out let. This also works when two mixing units are operating
at the same time.
